The Pink of Elegance is the name of our online boutique. It operates under the company name of Lorna Mai Ltd. Please read the information below before purchasing from us.
We ensure that all the information given on this website such as the descriptions and details of products are honest and correct. We also try to keep the website as up to date as possible.

The above costs are fixed regardless of size and weight. We send all our packages via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so a signature will be required upon receipt.
We aim to despatch orders the next working day after ordering and should take 2-3 working days to arrive at the place of destination in the UK. If after this time the order hasn’t arrived please contact us immediately.
International orders may be subject to their country’s taxes
Once the order has been processed you will be unable to amend or cancel. We will be able to refund the amount paid however. We may even be able to stop the order from being despatched if you contact us at the time of order.
Returns
The Pink of Elegance will offer a full refund on unopened and unused Cosmetic Products. Jewellery must not have been worn or handbags used.
All products must be in their original condition or we will be unable to refund. For reasons of hygiene and safety we will not be able to resell used products. Please email us with notice of your returned items. Write your reasons for returning the product on the invoice enclosed.

Items must be returned within 28 days of despatch. It is advisable to use a traceable carrier. You will be refunded the amount you originally paid. We are unable to refund any returned delivery costs. If, however, you received an incorrect order or damaged goods then we will refund the costs of delivery.
Allergies / Irritations
Please read the ingredients on beauty products on either the website or on the beauty product itself. The Pink of Elegance will not accept responsibility if you use something which you are sensitive or allergic to.
Privacy and Security
We may hold personal information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail. This is for order confirmation and delivery purposes only. Any personal details we hold about you are confidential and will never be passed to a third party without your consent. This is in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws.
We will not e-mail you without your consent.
Ordering
Ordering can be done by telephone or online. When ordering online, click on the product you want to buy, the quantity, click on the shopping cart and either continue shopping or go straight to the checkout.
Products are not to be resold

Owing to fluctuation of exchange rates, prices may vary.
Payment
To make a payment:
- You can either order over the phone and then post a cheque to Lorna Mai Ltd, 3 Portland Close, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 5HF. Please address the cheque to Lorna Mai Ltd.
- You can order online with Paypal. You will need to open a paypal account if you haven’t already done so.
With regret, we are unable to accept credit and debit card payments. However this is just temporary and we hope to have this payment facility soon.
